The brother of a Floreat mother murdered 10 days ago has criticised the system he says failed his sibling and niece. Jennifer Petelczyc, 59, and her daughter Gretl Petelczyc, 18, were killed by Mark Bombara, 63, when he turned up at their suburban home in Perth ’s western suburbs on May 24, looking for his ex-partner.
