Attacks leveled at Trump for his sexist comment are 'convenient, but don't stack up' | Sky News AustraliaSky News contributor Gemma Tognini says the idea that US President Donald Trump levelled a sexist attack at Kamala Harris because he called her nasty is “a convenient narrative, but it doesn’t stack up.”\n\nFormer Australian Prime Minister Julia Gillard said Trump's describing Kamala Harris as nasty was a 'sexist trope'.\n\n“How can it be sexist?” Ms Tognini told Sky News host Andrew Bolt. \n\n“Trump surrounds himself with strong capable women.\n\n“If anyone has seen Kayleigh McEnany, his White House Press Secretary, she carves up the press pack regularly simply by being across her brief.\n\n“That woman owns that room because she is more prepared than any one of them.\n\n“Does anyone think that Nikki Haley was treated as a sexist object by President Trump?\n\n“It’s a convenient narrative, but it doesn’t stack up.”\n\nImage: AP Images GemmaTognini realDonaldTrump KamalaHarris So, what's the problem. GemmaTognini realDonaldTrump KamalaHarris GemmaTognini realDonaldTrump KamalaHarris It just shows that the Left don’t actually care about sexism - or racism. They do more harm by playing these games and it diminishes those that face real sexism or racism. Let’s not forget Warren taking advantage of Native Americans.
