Changes that really need to happen on International Women’s DayI used to look forward to International Women’s Day (IWD). I’d eagerly register for events featuring panels of highly successful women. When the day arrived, I’d fill my social feeds with quotes from these women as they shared their stories and insights. Oh God ,so over hearing the word Woman today As a woman I don't really care about having one day of the year to remind me that we need to pay attention to women, men, the elderly, the disabled etc, My hubby & I don't do Valentine's day either.
