Glad she’s better 🥳

Good to allow this family some quality time as a real family in family like surroundings. Let’s hope there are good, positive and compassionate plans for their future.

Back to Bilo. These girls are Australian citizens. Stop the xenophobic rhetoric about tidal waves of boats. Let them stay. humanity

I’d really like the ppl of Biloela to send a delegation & kidnap this family & take them home!

I thought she was going to be in hospital for another 8 weeks. Media loves to exaggerate.

FatherBob Now it's time to allow them to go home to Biloela.

rjstrikers STILL in detention.

Please God they will all be together back in their Australian home. You do the right thing Scott Mortison or I’ll be sending the Banshees to your home,

non-Australian residence having their child born in Australia does not mean the child have the right to stay in Australia ... it is not automatic ... if it was automatic, all tourists will give birth here to stay in Australia

Can you imagine how fucking excited the ABC would be if this girl started playing Women's AFL?

ufotwitter

I'm pleased the little one is getting better & the family being together again. Now, let's get them home to Biloela, where they should be.

Qldaah Please, please send this family home to Biloela! What is the point of torturing small children?

Another bit of poorly written . Why not put 'Tharnicaa,' at the beginning of this sentence? Weexpect poor journalism from much of the msm. not our_abc .

Time to go back home. They’ve had the longest holiday in history. Time to get off the gravy train and start a new life in Srilanka.

a cruel & nasty system promoted by a mea & nasty Government. Why could they not have stayed in their home town in their own beds while they waited for a decision? Which one would be legal? Separate children & parents and send parents back? Or kidnap the kids & place in care?

Send them to Qld when she is well

Rather odd the father returned three (3) times back to Sri Lanka. Rather odd

The war is over, their family in Sri Lanka face no persecution and they were free to travel to and from Sri Lanka during and after the war ... either all govt departments and courts in AUS have it in for this one family (unlikely) or their asylum claim doesn’t stack up

Now they are free to return to their home in Sri Lanka and to be with their community. hometosrilanka

Congratulations Australia, we have made the washingtonpost and cnni . Didn't ScottMorrisonMP / thepmo talk about how he was going to 'keep the promise of Australia' on his election win night? Well you've shamed our country Mr PM. AlexHawkeMP

Good, send the 4 of them back too Sri Lanka now.

Why are they still being referred to as the 'Biloela asylum seekers'...Surely the media know their names by now?

That’s weird I’m pretty sure the advocates assured us she needed 8 weeks of hospitalisation And criticised the minister who told us it was treated and not that serious Almost like the advocates were lying

and let the boat race begin ....

The best news of the day. Now lets work on getting them hometobilo

If they were Whitefella asylum seekers they wouldn't have been treated like these Blackfellas. We saw that with the exodus of millions of Whitefella refugee boat people from the shitholes of German Europe!

Hard to believe and understand they’re still in detention. Hope they become an Australian icon one day.

Very good 👍
