A Greek-born Darwin man and a New Zealander working at the city's casino have been identified as victims in Tuesday night's shooting rampage.
Northern Territory police said the identities of three of the four victims had been confirmed and next of kin notified.His sister-in-law, Tammy Sisois, said Mr Sisois migrated to Australia from Greece as children. She said he worked as a roofer and was close with his brothers and sisters, and their children, in Darwin."I'm still trying to absorb everything. I don't know what to say."The Mindil Beach casino said Mr Courtney was a valued member of its security team.
A spokesperson for the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade said the office was aware of the death of one of its citizens in Darwin. "New Zealand extends its sympathy to the people of Darwin and Australia after this shooting," the statement said.Police are yet to identify the fourth victim of Tuesday's shooting.Topics:
