"We’re encouraging young people to look after physical and mental wellbeing: make sure you’re getting plenty of good sleep, doing things that help you relax like sport or time with friends, regular study breaks and a balanced diet." These are the messages Danebank school captain Sophie Le has been sharing with her year group as they count down to day one. "The class of 2020 is a strong year group, a capable year group, and we're ready for the next step," she said.
