Crossbow bolt strikes family car during NT drive

The Toyota Prado was travelling through Berry Springs towards Cox Peninsula Road on Monday before a sound thought to be a rock hitting the car was heard.

Upon returning to their caravan park, the family inside the vehicle discovered a crossbow bolt embedded in the side of the car.Local police have since conducted a small number of door knocks in the Berry Springs area, with the call going out for anyone with information to contact police. " would like to hear from anyone with information or dash-cam footage of the incident to contact 131 444."

Deduced from image alone, the culprit would most likely be a dwarf, harbouring a neurosis of cupidity
