Our justice system is a joke! FIX IT !

The whole system is a fucking joke

Sue the judge. It was his error that led to the crash. He was just as culpable. He should be jailed

Because left-wing bleeding heart social workers are running the court system. The Queensland government has blood on its hands over this.

Fifty charges. Those were just the ones he got caught for. I wonder how many he didn't get charged with?

Labour it’s ok to keep committing crimes happening in all Labour run states

He needs to be tried as an adult

There will be a few weeks of outrage but unfortunately the politicians will move onto the next issue and as history has shown an incident like this will occur again and the usual politicians and rhetoric will be rolled out again..the ones that will suffer are everyday people.

Maybe this could be the catalyst for the change we need....too many times lenient sentences have been handed down and these little pricks are released back out into the community. How sad that it takes the loss of innocent life for change to happen though.

Restorative justice? What bs is that? Rap sheets are a badge of honour to these little scumbags. They brag about being arrested. Weak politicians that will do anything for a vote to keep their snouts in the trough are a big part of the problem. Penalties need to be tough!

Unfortunately he will walk as the justice system is thriving with watery arsed judges that can't send people to jail

The QLD Premier & Police minister must resign, a justice system that favours criminals over citizens is an outrage. Horrendous crimes against community committed by repeat offenders, how many more out there! AnnastaciaMP MarkRyanQLD 7NewsBrisbane 9NewsQueensland couriermail

Laws are ambiguous and left to incompetent judges' to interpretation. State governments could do better all over Australia.

Check out the FB page of his father Isaac. That guy has a criminal record as well. Fine upstanding family.

One word, Labor. Not to mention weak on crime

This is the problem here, “misadventures” is a weak word for crime! “Deidre Mulkerin, the director-general of Queensland’s Children and Youth Justice Department, is also looking into the “whole history of this child and what misadventures took place”,

The judges and bail officers should be penalised.

Give up the meat - I’ve been doing it for 50 yearsOpinion: If we are serious about minimising the risk of another catastrophe like COVID-19, factory farms have to go get fucked Proof that vegetarianism rots the brain Just because somebody does not like meat does not mean that others have to give it up. I am a meat eater. We need meat in our diet, not just vegetables. How dare of those, who pressure through what ever means, who expect the rest to give up a diet that existed thousands of years?
