After more than five years on and off the market, a riverfront Georgian-inspired palace on Perth’s “Millionaire’s Row” has become Western Australia’s most expensive property sale this financial year.
It was one of three companies the state government procured millions of RATs from to deliver free to households.William Porteous, representing the property agency, said the home would be demolished. “That record was trumped later that year when a house in Hunter Hills in Sydney sold for $3.4 million.”“Chronologically people are getting older and everybody is selling and the prices are going up,” he said.
