South Australia's first mass COVID-19 vaccination hub will open in Adelaide today as the state looks to boost its vaccine rollout.

Adelaide's first mass vaccination hub is set to open today as the state government looks to ramp up the vaccine rollout.It will first focus on vaccinating emergency services workers under 50Today 150 emergency and frontline staff under the age of 50 will be vaccinated with the Pfizer vaccine at the Goyder Pavillion at the Adelaide Showground.

"This is our first mass vaccination clinic, I'm sure we'll learn things as it rolls out. We're determined to do things in a steady, safe and effective way." Professor Spurrier told ABC Radio Adelaide information would be provided soon on how the general public could book their vaccination appointments."We want to get everyone vaccinated so we want to make it as easy as possible."More mass vaccination hubs are set to open at Elizabeth and Noarlunga by early June.
