COVID-19 lockdown patrols 'triggered fear and trauma' among refugees and asylum seekers, inquiry hears

I live in one of these 12 areas. It was helicopters all day every day and into the night. It was psychological warfare. Designed to terrify people into complying. I understood alright, they were trying to scare the hell out of us. This country is not free.
