Court documents reveal Novak Djokovic’s entry letter was automatically generated

Doubts have arisen over documents submitted to the Federal Circuit Court which claimed he received correspondence from the Department of Home Affairs on January 1 giving him clearance to arrive in Australia quarantine-free, The unvaccinated Serbian tennis star was under the impression he had been given the approval to land in Australia without having to quarantine.

Despite the letter information for the app states: “The successful submission of your declaration does not guarantee entry into Australia”, according to The Australian. The 34-year-old began legal proceedings on Thursday to contest his visa cancellation with the office of Home Affairs and Djokovic’s legal team asked to hand in their submissions over the weekend before the case resumes on Monday.

The document also stated he had tested positive for coronavirus on a PCR test on December 16 and was granted an exemption on that basis by Tennis Australia and an independent medical exemption review panel to play in the Australian Open.

Novak’s visa application when scrutinised was found to lack substantial evidence to warrant clearance from border security. Only reason he’s appealing is because he can afford it & wants to play victim. Why has no other antivax player appealed the decision to refuse their entry?
