Coronavirus updates LIVE: Victoria records three new COVID-19 cases as doubts cast over Brett Sutton's knowledge of private security for hotel quarantine; Australian death toll stands at 905

NSW has recorded two new local coronavirus cases in the latest 24-hour period, both linked to the Oran Park cluster in Sydney's south-west.One of the new cases attended Bavarian Macarthur at Macarthur Square in Campbelltown on Saturday October 10 from 7pm to 9pm.

The new cases bring the total number of cases for NSW to 4167, after a previously reported case in March was excluded after further investigation. The 10 mystery cases between October 5 and 18 are all in metro Melbourne. There are 106 active cases in metro Melbourne and three in regional Victoria. "The person from yesterday who tested positive twice, the first time back in July, he is currently regarded as a reinfection of coronavirus, so he will be recorded as a positive case," he said.

That's pretty good considering how open the state has been, one could easily make a case that it should be a lot worse especially when you take Melbourne and its actions by closing everything down into account; they're much worse imo
