'There are very serious risks' for China in the coronavirus outbreak | Sky News AustraliaFormer Immigration Minister Amanda Vanstone says she thinks China’s coronavirus situation “could be worse than we know”.\n\nAccusations raised against Chinese local authorities claim the true number of coronavirus fatalities have not been reported. \n\nMs Vanstone told Sky News host Chris Kenny determining death toll figures would not be a simple procedure because “it is not just that China is an authoritarian state,' but 'the size of the population,” would make the determination of accurate figures difficult.\n\nShe said “you can talk about things per capita but when you multiply that by the number of people there are very serious risks'. \n\n“For a country like China to shut down a city the size of Wuhan, it is an incredible response.”\n\nImage: AP amandavanstone big news amandavanstone has a random thought about a situation she has no internal knowledge on, and then tells someone else. amandavanstone Worth a gif,,she just worked it out. WHO urges against China travel bans as coronavirus cases soar past 20,000The World Health Organisation advises against trade and travel restrictions to China amid the coronavirus outbreak that has so far killed at least 425 people. the WHO is officially dead to me, gone the same way as the UN. Giving advice that's based on feelings as opposed to facts. Completely disagree with WHO. The science is still in it's infancy. It is horrible for China but the infections need to be stopped and it can be done without stigma and longterm damage. So we should act on climate change immediately but its already pointless to act on corona virus scomo did the right thing shutting down travel from China the who and un can't be trusted
