Senior Constable Robert Eickenloff appeared in the Brisbane Magistrates Court on Monday charged with misconduct in relation to public office.
The 56-year-old allegedly travelled to the border checkpoint between Queensland and NSW on September 15, while on duty, to meet his daughter Maddie and escort her back into the Sunshine State.travelled to northern NSW to meet her fatherConstable Eickenloff appeared briefly in court, where his bail was extended and his matter adjourned until November 29.
