The reality, as the article points out, is that these are just normal bays and can be used by anyone. ACROD bays are covered by laws and parking in one without a sticker is rightly fined, but ‘pram’ bays are not and anyone is allowed to use them... if you can take the glares
Anybody can park in them, there’s no such thing as a parents with pram spot. It’s something that’s been made up
You need to acknowledge that these are also utilised by persons for disability parking
I can live with someone with a car seat using the spaces, but I do take issue when they're used by people clearly without children. The last thing you want is being at the far end of the carpark & risk your small child running in front of a driver distracted by looking for a park
