Screen workers are angry. The shocking death of US cinematographer Halyna Hutchins after the accidental discharge of a gun is eerily similar to the death ofHis death is the subject of a coronial inquest in Queensland with findings expected to be published shortly.In the wake of Hutchins’ death, there are calls for ammunition to be banned from all film production.
