Sydney COVID-19 cluster interactive: Latest numbers, venues affected and state border restrictions, closuresRestrictions have been expanded for the Greater Sydney area, with no more than 10 people allowed in a home.At the centre of health concerns this morning is Anytime Fitness on Avalon Parade, where known cases of COVID-19 attended over several days while infectious.

Those who attended the gym for the two weeks before that, from November 23 to December 7, are being told to get tested for COVID-19 and isolate until they receive a negative result. NSW Health has confirmed to 9News that they are concerned positive cases may have visited the gym as far back as November 23.What the new Northern Beaches outbreak means for residentsAnyone who visited the following locations is considered a close contact of a positive case and must get tested for COVID-19 and isolate for 14 days, regardless of the result:Manly Skiff Club, Corner of East Esplanade and Stuart Street onSaturday 12 December, 12pm – 2.

Anyone who attended the following venues at the below times is considered a casual contact and should get tested immediately and isolate until they receive a negative result:Avalon Beach: Nourished Wholefood Café: Manly Wharf Bar, East Esplanade, on Saturday 12 December, 2:45pm – 3:15pm: Cronulla Mall, 6 Cronulla Street on Tuesday 15 December, 8pm – 9pm and Wednesday 16 December, 3pm – 6pmNavy Bear Café, RAN Sailing Association, 1C New Beach Rd on Sunday 13 December, 10.30am – 4.
