Coles has introduced a temporary purchase limit on all frozen hot chips, after extensive flooding has impacted the supply of potatoes. Customers will now be restricted to just two items of frozen potato chips per transaction. 9News DETAILS:

A spokesperson for Coles confirmed to 9news.com.au that it expects the purchase limit to be lifted within months. Potatoes are not the only pantry staple to have been impacted by floods in recent times, with berries, chicken, milk and lettuce all suffering temporary shortages.

In Australia we are rationing food. Going well under Labor. Not only from the heart braking floods but most shelves in supermarkets have big gaps. Frozen veggies, tissues, fresh veggies, bread, milk really is this Albanese and Andres plan starve to people in to submission?
