Serious question: why the fuck is the Australian government talking about penetrating China’s air defences?

It takes 10 hours to fly towards China to the South China sea. How is that acting in 'defence'? And which countries are talking openly about 'penetrating' another country's air defences? And China is the aggressor? White privilege on a geopolitical level.

Stop giving these warmongers airtime ABC. Why? Didn't anyone there watch Pilger's 'The War You Don't See'? Watch it.

why do we need to go there? it is way off our continent It is designed to annoy China by protecting Taiwan What is the benefit for us NOTHING

China wants to rule the waves now and also waiving the rules

The ABC got to diversify its funding sources.

Wow!!! Todays beat up on China. Or at least the first for today. All aimed at more defence spending. How about we talk about Chinas last war? Last proxy war? Last regime change? Last arming of rebels? Sorry thats our ally America

Why the hell are we in South China sea while complaining that China has peaceful discussions with Fiji Is USA pushing us into a war ith China?

think about it

You would think the ABC could tone down the anti-China propaganda for one day given the current situation in Pakistan… which has already slipped from the ABC top stories

Is this a case of America said 'JUMP' and Australia asked 'How high?'

keep repeating This is not a provocation. We recognising One China policy. When Australia start thinking about what's best for Australia? Stop following every war US creats... Wasn't Vietnam Iraq and Afghanistan enough?

Take it easy fellas, I've seen 'Sky Hunter'. Fan Bing Bing and her boyfriends will mess you up. Tom Cruise is getting too old to save you.

To a hammer, everything looks like a nail. To a General or an Air Marshall, everything looks like a military campaign. warmongers

Read the RAAF comment, what a load of bulldust, playing brinkmanship and it takes TWO to tango.

And they know this because of non provocative flights along Chinas coast line ?

Wow them fighting words

Good luck with that. Hilarious. Dear oh dear...
