A Woolworths customer is demanding answers after making an alarming discovery in a packet of mince. Sharing on X, the Victorian shopper said they came across the find while preparing to cook the popular buy in their Thermomix. When they placed the 1kg pack of Woolworths Beef Mince on the Thermomix scales, they noticed that it weighed significantly less than it was meant to.
“All of our pre-packed meat products are checked for their weight on scales that have been certified for trade use. “If ever our customers are concerned about the weight of a product, we’d encourage them to return it to our store. This not only allows us to issue a refund, but also helps to ensure we have the product details we need to investigate further.
