'Judge Morrison at the ballot box': NSW Treasurer scolds former PM on Q+A

NSW Treasurer Matt Kean added his name to those openly criticising former PM Scott Morrison.abc.net.au/news/matt-kean-judge-scott-morrison-election-voice-qa-grace-tame/101725282New South Wales Treasurer Matt Kean says he "disagrees" with the actions of former prime minister Scott Morrison and called for Australians to judge the Member for Cook at the ballot box.

"I strongly disagree with [Mr Morrison] on what he did, with regard to assuming powers without telling the electors," Mr Kean said."For people to have confidence in our system of government, our politicians and our political class need to be transparent with what we're doing and that's not what happened with Scott Morrison."The public decided to throw out the previous government, and I would say that the best way to judge Scott Morrison is at the ballot box.

"I think the only reassurance that anyone can take is that there are political consequences, and his party is now a rump of its former self," Szeps said.Olympian 'scared' of Voice referendum However, on the issue of the Voice being a referendum, Ms Peris said it brought up fears based on the history of referendums in Australia and, indeed, the history of the nation, that it might not succeed."We've had eight successful [referenda] in 47, or however many, referendums."But, for us, we want to be recognised — a lot of mob are calling out for treaties, the Yolngu mob have asserted their sovereignty.

The nsw libs knew. They backed Morrison. Vote the lnp out

if he was labour you media scum and polis wouldnt be trying to destroy him but im sure he dosnt care what you say

What a pair of wreckers

Morrison has been judged once by his peers and will be judged again by the Robodebt RC, probably judged again by a NACC inquiry and hopefully by a trial judge before the next election. Then the voters can have a go at him.

On the ministries issue we weren't given the chance. Perhaps if we had known, the electoral bloodbath would have been even greater. Maybe much greater.

So we only get to judge him at the ballot box for the things he gets found out about? So that means it's not about what the right thing to do is, it's about not getting caught. Perfect example of why the Federal ICAC is needed, but with no private hearings.

Weird, I kinda think we already did that - by voting his government out. And no I'm not going to watch q+a for context. Infact I have q&a and various other words muted but now for the plus hmm.

No that's not good enough, his constituents seem to lean towards apathy, and his unethical behaviour impacted the whole country

'Judge Morrison at the ballot box'? That ain't going to happen - he'll be long gone by then, but definitely not forgotten.

Who cares what this lefty thinks? The Labor Party is running amok while this fools whistles in the wind.
