'Controversial' call, last lap dive costs Hamilton F1 championshipMercedes are protesting the final race results after a 'controversial' call saw Red Bull's Max Verstappen beat Lewis Hamilton on the last lap to claim the 2021 Formula 1 world championship. This was completely expected. The F1 decision making on display at the end of that race is embarrassing.
