Parks and wildlife politicians and environmentalists were watching and collecting data for years as the toad marched on from queensland, great research effort but no action and now its too late. I lived there 30 years ago and it makes me very sad.

When will the Federal Government take its “head out of the sand “ on all environmental issues.

The best way to get the government todo stuff is to make your seat marginal then all sides will throw cash at you.

What about the NT Goverment. Do they have any responsibility ?

The wildlife will recover. It has in Nth Qld, where most Carnivores have learned that Toads do not make a good meal

I realise the damage done to the environment by cane toads is horrific I am not aware of a viable way of controlling them
