NPWS met representatives from NSW Police, businesses, community groups and naturists in March to discuss alternative locations for a nude beach.Long-time resident Gwen Gould said she was celebrating the news, which marked the end of a long campaign.In 2018, Byron Shire Council rejected plans to abolish the clothing-optional area despite complaints about lewd behaviour and sex pests at the site.
