Despite Twitter and taxpayer funded television telling Australians the budget featured a serious gender divide, the range of tax cuts and business incentives will “help women in the workforce,” says Paul Murray.

“There are those who just simply hate the government that was the one presiding over this budget that they would have hated anything that came as a result of this budget,” Mr Murray said. Following the treasurer’s budget speech ABC commentator Annabel Crabb said the major difference between the current coronavirus recession and those in the 1980s and 1990s is that this has “hit women harder”. “And yet there doesn’t seem to be a huge amount for women in the budget,” she said.

“But when tax cuts, or things that help businesses get stronger, is the entire point and purpose of the budget, it doesn’t matter if you’re male or female,” he said. “Tax cuts will help women in the workforce and incentives for businesses to get stronger to hire more people will help more women. “Here’s something that neither Albo nor taxpayer television could be bothered to show you”.

Paul ... How is gender related to media outlet is funded? Can we assume the SKY has an agenda towards gender as regards stories or can we assume that somebody is being silly?

See there’s the problem, if you’re neutral, you’re racist and sexist. Bigot

Can women respond to this during their 'pollution', without dispensation from the head of the house?

Paul Murray fully backing the LNP budget without any objective scrutiny. Hardly newsworthy.

Sky News going against the evidence again. Cool.

The world was ‘on fire’ amid the coronavirus pandemic: Paul Murray | Sky News AustraliaThe world was on fire amid the coronavirus pandemic, and how the fire was put out is always something that will be debated, but there’s no denying the fire wasn’t there according to Sky News host Paul Murray.\n\nHis comments come after Treasurer Josh Frydenberg delivered the federal budget, announcing the grim numbers which constitute the economic recession Australia faces amid the coronavirus pandemic.\n\nAnthony Albanese labelled the nation’s economic crisis as the “Morrison recession”.\n\n“The ‘Morrison recession’, honestly? Japan, Italy, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, France, Spain, you name a country they are also going through an economic collapse because of coronavirus,” Mr Murray said.\n\n“While I understand how passionately it argued in the opposite direction, can I just say why I support this budget.”\n\nMr Murray said he was “deeply uncomfortable about one trillion dollars worth of debt” but the reality of what faced governments was that “they saw the pandemic coming from overseas, they had to close the border”.\n\n“If you nod your head, quite rightly, when we hear about how terrible the debt is, how terrible the deficit is, and how unnecessary all of the payments are, let me give you an alternative situation,” he said.\n\n“Put simply, without JobKeeper millions of people lose their jobs and millions of those people would never get a job again.\n\n“So am I proud of a country that now has a trillion dollars in debt? No way.\n\n“But am I proud of a country that when faced with the choices of three million people going onto an unemployment queue … or businesses finding a way to keep going when demand had been removed from the economy by the decisions of government? Yes.\n\n“As I see it, the world was on fire, how we put out the fire is always something that we can debate, but we can’t debate that there wasn’t a fire.”\n 🤨 No fire huh? Fantastically stupid thing to say. Bitter disappointment with the 'liberal' govt is a recurring comment.

'God forbid' people decided to go to the beach: Murray | Sky News AustraliaSky News host Paul Murray says on Monday “lefty news sites” were telling people to watch out because corona 3.0 could be coming “via a few people getting down to their unmentionables before going for a swim”. \n\nMr Murray said on Monday it was a hot day in Sydney, and “God forbid, people decided to go to the beach”.\n\nHe said, “Lefty news sites”, including the SBS were warning people the multitudes at the beach could bring about another COVID outbreak.\n\n“Calm down,” Mr Murray said. \n\n“It was a lovely warm day, people are allowed to go to the beach.\n\n“While it is very uncomfortable news for the paranoid puppet Premier Palaszczuk up in Queensland, New South Wales has gone 10 days in a row now without community transmission,' he said. \n\n I wish you guys down under could replace our lefty woke propaganda channel Sly News UK.
