In a social media post on Saturday, Professor Brett Sutton called for the public to tweet him their burning COVID-19 questions, and he would 'do my best to respond to them in future pressers'.

The face of Victoria's public health response to COVID-19 says he plans to answer questions submitted by the public at future press conferences.

It comes after public criticism of the media for repeated questions around the hotel quarantine saga, and a number of marathon press conferences in recent weeks by Professor Sutton, Premier Daniel Andrews and Health Minister Jenny Mikakos.

Perhaps ask him about this tomorrow...😉

Why are Nurses, working in age care allowed to go home every day and do the shopping, why would they not be isolated with these people on a rotation shift of 2 to 4 weeks at a time, to protect the elderly, who says these nurses can’t pick up Covid from the shopping centre.

Should Taylor Walker be delisted?

He has it all totally wrong . So easy to stop everything. He doesn’t have to deal with the economic devastation . One supper spreader and we are back at square one . Why isn’t this basic possibility addressed ? He needs to be replaced . He is not the answer .

YES, my question to Brett Sutton. Why did it take so long to pickup that there was a 2nd OUTBREAK and why wasn't it quickly dealt with?

Ssure... here's my question to the VictorianCHO ...are you getting sick of and other useless germalists asking useless questions and not bothering to listen to your answers?

Yep they will be better than the questions they’re currently been asked daily repetitive misleading questions to no where journalists ha!

Runners and cyclists on walking tracks should wear masks

Why weren’t all nursing care staff in hospitals and nursing homes tested in February then retested again as soon as covid numbers went up again.. NSW and Victoria Nursing homes have been mismanaged why isn’t the Health Minister overseeing that all nursing care staff are tested. ?

VictorianCHO Can you please provide/allow for those with chronic pain; one on one access with - physical therapy, chiropractor, gym, pilates etc

The leadership didn’t go to check their teams work and each department’s staff won’t be know more other knowledge of the work . even polices too When you go to call to department of the government then you will be find it .

the best in a presser, the Tint Professor

della79 Pity the journalists on your payroll didn’t think to ask a broader range of questions to the CHO or Premier the public might want answers to.

VictorianCHO can you please show us the study that has detected the SARS-CoV-2 live virus in infective doses in respiratory aerosols?

Would we have to be at zero infections before Lockdown ends?

VictorianCHO When are you going to stop pretending it's the 'rule breakers' that are the problem?

VictorianCHO Do you think that part of the reason that people aren’t responding to the stay at home message is because it was initially and still “sold” as only killing the elderly and many are okay with that? Is it too late to change that type of thinking?

VictorianCHO how did you get so fly. Funky Cold Medina?

A novel idea...... maybe ScottMorrisonMP can do same about aged care... and PeterDutton_MP can do an open session on the rubyprincess . fatchance

It’s a fantastic idea. Directly addressing people’s questions is brilliant.

We all know disinfectants works against virus not the economy. My question is why suppress the economy instead of massively disinfect the enclosed or possibly public gathering places ?

Where is EVERY Victorians Bio Security order that YOU must prove that every citizen is a RISK ? Until proven , your government is holding every citizen against the law.

VictorianCHO if the positive cases are allowed to go back to work after 3 days symptoms free without being tested, how can you guarantee they are not infectious?

Almost unheard of in Auspol Well done, Prof Sutton!

What Impact are the stage 4 lockdowns having on the citizens of Melbourne?. Businesses, families , schools, sports, lifestyle all being destroyed.

Why the sudden need to call him Professor?

VictorianCHO what was the reason Aus didn’t “do a NZ” lockdown when they did? Less cases, like only 1 or something but went aggressive to kill the virus early. Seems so obvious in hindsight. Is this an Australian cock-up? Also, did the hotels fiasco cause the second wave?

VictorianCHO my question is: how can your team make publicity details of individual unknown cases (without identifying actual ppl) so that public can help tracing source or can know if public might have been in those potential places with those unknown cases

Should all government officials (Inc all public servants) declare all financial interests/patents/business ownerships, particularly those that directly related to their portfolios?

As it's not the April pathogen is it a simple flu outbreak

VictorianCHO my question to you is: I heard from many news sources & people that if 6 weeks do not work for stage 4 that you are extend the length even futher, Is that true or is it fake news? My concern is people are going really angry if stage 4 goes longer then 6 wks!!!
