UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson has undergone standard oxygen treatment without the need for mechanical ventilation while he receives treatment for COVID-19 in intensive care, but the prime minister has not been diagnosed with pneumonia.

In a statement from Downing Street's official spokesperson, the Prime Minister has been "stable overnight and remains in good spirits," while also not requiring "invasive respiratory support".

Questions have arisen over the role of First Secretary of State Dominic Raab who was designated by the prime minister to deputise for Mr Johnson, but a statement from Downing Street said on national security matters, Mr Raab will "step in as necessary". Image: AP

Unfortunately, this is the outcome when you don,t practice social distancing. I heard he knowingly shook the hands of people or a person with COVID19. Worse still, he did this knowing his wife was pregnant.

Hmm. Mostly older folk die from it, yet there have been no reported deaths of politicians from it, even though many politicians are older folk. There is surely a case to be made that covid19 cannot survive in the presence of hot air. Are scientists checking this possibility?

Well Charles got over it in a week!!!

And a lobotomy too just in case, owe add rattlesnake anti venom....
