Boris Johnson faces questions from his own MPs over Huawei decision | latikambourke

"We will make sure that when American information passes across a network we are confident that that network is a trusted one," he said. "Our view of Huawei is: putting it in your system creates real risk."on the decision to allow Huawei to supply up to 35 per cent of the country's antennas and masts required for 5G, which will not only be superfast, but also connect everything from household appliances to traffic lights and driverless cars.

Johnson is due to meet Pompeo in London. US Donald Trump has notably stayed quiet on the issue, amid fears the UK decision would provoke an angry response from the President. The UK's National Cyber Security Centre insists the separation will be maintained under 5G, meaning the core or data transfers can be protected.

Climate change should be a 'natural' issue for conservative MPs: CameronThe former British prime minister says conservative MPs around the world must do more to lower emissions. David Cameron another ‘born to rule’ twit. Giving him free publicity for his book. Irrelevant interview. It was not a coup for ABC. 4 years too late. Oh no, not him! ''Look, don’t leave the issues of climate ... to the left or you’ll get an anti-business, anti-enterprise, anti-technology response.' Pathetic. Labor introduced the exact same form of carbon reduction scheme that he is championing. He's just another partisan hack.
