United States Studies Centre fellow Bruce Wolpe says Joe Biden will be an ‘instant front runner’ in the race for 2020 Democratic presidential nomination when he announces his debut.

Speaking with Sky News on Wednesday, Mr Wolpe has said the former vice president will enter the race by video on Thursday morning, local

time. He says the Democratic race is going to be ‘even bigger and more rowdy than the Republican race in 2016’, with 20 people in the running.
