United States President-elect Joe Biden has vowed to undo President Donald Trump's failures after meeting his national security and foreign policy review teams.

The two key challenges Mr Biden will inherit when he assumes the presidency next year are the economic devastation created by the COVID-19 pandemic and a massive cyber attack on multiple US agencies.
