United States President Joe Biden’s actions on the international stage communicate “weakness” to China and Russia according to journalist Megyn Kelly. As part of Mr Biden’s new foreign policy agenda, he is re-joining the Iran Nuclear Deal, a pact which President Trump pulled out of, a decision which many Americans supported at the time.
