The late property developer Tom Breuer, husband of the late Eva Breuer, of Bellevue Hill.

It’s designed by the internationally acclaimed architect Dino Burratini and has a huge indoor swimming pool. The listing agents are believed to be Bill Malouf, of Highland Double Bay Malouf, and Brad Pillinger, of Pillinger, who weren’t available to discuss it.
