This was his post which he followed up with scripture emphasizing his religious position. He was fired as a result of this post. He did not have a social media clause in his contract and this was a religious post protected by anti discrimination law.

Employers are allowed to go too far with contract that people sign in need. I remember a contract with a Corporation that required me to resign to a director position and also require me to devote All of my time. I still have the copy of the contract
