Investors are being warned against buying properties in certain towns across Australia, as a new report has identified Blackwater in Queensland and Daylesford in Victoria as the worst places to invest.

The report also revealed that New South Wales has the highest number

of suburbs on the list, with 15, followed by Queensland and Victoria.
