Australia's first offshore wind farm is delayed due to a lack of regulatory framework. But the Maritime Union says delay it because the Government has a blind hatred for renewables.

Well, I don't ever recall unions being fond of the Liberals so no surprise they would be quick to denigrate Liberals as being renewables haters.

Then again given how massive a project it is there should be a lot of careful research & planning that goes into it. Sure you could power all of Victoria (at today's demand levels) if you filled an area of Bass Strait, the size of Port Phillip Bay, with turbines but at what cost?

The wind kicked out of its sails!!

Yeah or a lack of subsides.

Hopefully Australia sees through this propaganda and sends them packing Phew, lucky it wasn't trivial issues like the criminal banking sector playing stock market with customers savings, the 100,000+ currently homeless, how we pay the highest energy prices on earth or the biggest debt bubble in Australia's history, ready to explode at any second. How about we stop importing people that do not integrate?

Australia slammed globally over asylum seeker policy“Sick joke” — this was the two-word headline The Economist ran with to summarise the Australian government’s response to a bill that would give detained asylum seekers medical attention. And then there’s an outcry at the suggestion of giving them better medical care. Really? It’s shameful. No , that is only MSM propaganda, we are envy about you have a strong government looking after it's own peoples interest.
