The Australian’s Editor-at-Large Paul Kelly says the Communist Party of China has deliberately put Australia 'in the deep freeze' in what is an appalling move.

The Australian’s Editor-at-Large Paul Kelly says the Communist Party of China has deliberately put Australia "in the deep freeze" in what is an appalling move. "It won't contact senior Australian ministers," Mr Kelly told Sky News host Peta Credlin. "There is no meaningful dialogue between ministers, now this is simply appalling, there is no excuse for this".

He also said the address delivered by the senior Chinese diplomat and the Deputy Head of Mission in Australia, Wang Xining, at the National Press Club on Wednesday was an assertive and a "defensive speech, when it comes to the criticisms of China". "Clearly the deputy ambassador was reflecting the position of the Beijing government and we would never expect anything else".

The CCP never do things without deliberation. They always have an agenda. I think Australian government should really now have a clear picture of the CCP - whether you want to continue 'collaborate' with it or confront it? It will be a decision must be made sometime soon.

The Coalition love of selling Coal to the China, puts Australia in bed with Communism!!!

Happy to see Australia is waking up. The essence of the Chinese Communist Party is to destroy god, nature, faith, truth, individualism, and to instigate hatred. CCP is a completely totalitarian regime.

*Rupert Murdoch says*...

sorry forgot my glasses is that dan in front ?

That's what happens when stupid Governments especially the Conservative Gov's get greedy for the Money instead of looking after Australia's best interests & when a plonker like Morrison's shakes a stick at them at Americas request we suffer the consequences

Blame on PM Morrison.

Why do the senior officials seek dialogs with China? What for?

Why should CPC not? By adopting such a policy they have reciprocally put any query re source of COVID-19 in “the deep freeze”.

China doesn't interfere in Australia's internal affairs: Chinese Embassy | Sky News AustraliaChinese Embassy Deputy Head Wang Xining has claimed 'China does not interfere in Australia's internal affairs', calling on the two governments to adhere to the principles of “respect, goodwill, fairness and vision”.\n\nAddressing the National Press Club, Mr Wang said “we should respect sovereignty and integrity … we should respect each other's legal system and rule of law, and refrain from interrupting the other's legal proceedings and undertakings”.\n\n“The last thing China wants to do is to inflict on others what China suffered. Or to bully others as we were bullied,” he said.\n\nReflecting on the principle of 'goodwill', Mr Wang claimed both Australia and China needed to “embrace equality, freedom' and needed to 'uphold justice and the rule of law”.\n\nHe caveated the statement with the reminder “most importantly we both wish the other to live as aspired by choosing a methodology that we find fit and proper for ourselves”.\n\nThe Chinese spokesperson went on to highlight the mutual aid, diplomacy, trade and goodwill between the nations while equally highlighting the value of Communism over the failures of Capitalist 'consumerism'.\n\n“A fair, open, non- discriminant policy, and regulatory environment that offers strongest market predictability, financial stability and legal reliability does enormous good to our business,” he said. \n\nLooking at the final principle of ‘vision’ Mr Wang said Australia and China should look to move beyond the commercial partnership to becoming strategic partners in the Asia-Pacific region.\n\n'As China and Australia sit geographically at the two ends of this region, trade and investment between us not only generate value investment between us … but will also bring opportunities to third-party business, instill vitality in neighbouring economies,' Mr Wang said.\n\n\n Oh, okay, wasn't I a fool for thinking such a thing. Getting into bed with China. Like dating a hooker and demanding fidelity nonsense. CCP is not trustworthy. People should focus on what ccp does, not what they talk.

We were singled out, we don't think it is fair. \n\n“We believe the most authoritative and Institute is WHO, and it was criticised by Australian politicians.\n\n“And there was blame on China for their failure to control the spread of the disease, and the sharp rise in cases, and try to shirk responsibility.”\n\nChina covered up evidence of coronavirus outbreaks in the early days of the crisis resulting in significantly more deaths and infections across the globe.\n\nIt supplied false figures to the WHO which delayed the declaration of a global pandemic and calls for travel bans.\n\nImage: AP That’s because it was created in a lab in wuhan can’t help the truth hurts He's right.
