Ms Rogers' friend, who preferred not to be identified, started getting phone calls from reporters as far away as the United States.Ms Rogers laughed at the suggestion, saying her friend's teenage daughter was not too fussed at all by the spiders and ended up sleeping in her bedroom anyway, despite the hundreds of huntsmans on her ceiling.

Friends have had this recently. I had one living in the bedroom for a while. Fairly sure it was a male. At least I haven’t had any babies in the house yet. Eventually was able to catch him and put him outside 🕷

I've had a nest of daddy longlegs hatch during this week but no huntsmans as yet. Have been a bit concerned about their absence over the last few years as we used to always have a visitor when rain was due but none for a long time now. Good to see they're still out and about 😎🕷️

They're good boys pest control. Not worried or afraid? I had two uninvited guests in my house and I wanted to run for the hills.
