Tenant Jim Flanagan was given three months’ notice to vacate the premises when the prime minister decided to sell the property but has resisted and is pleading with Albanese to reconsider. Flanagan had formerly lived at the property with his now ex-partner, Chrissy Flanagan, with whom he previously co-owned the Sausage Factory, a brewery and restaurant in Sydney’s inner west.
