President of the United States Joe Biden has labelled the International Criminal Court’s (ICC) appeal for an arrest warrant against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for war crimes against humanity as “outrageous”.

Biden and Dutton slam International Criminal Court arrest warrant for Israeli leaders while PM Albanese breaks ranks and refuses to comment

Mr Khan has accused Mr Netanyahu and Mr Gallant of “starvation of civilians as a method of warfare”, “willful cruel treatment” and “willful murder”, “intentionally directing attacks against a civilian population”, “extermination” and other “crimes against humanity”.

However, just a few minutes later in the same press conference, Mr Albanese was publicly weighing into the ongoing extradition court battle of Wikileaks Founder Julian Assange. Shortly after Mr Albanese’s press conference, the Mr Dutton attacked the Prime Minister’s reaction as “damaging our international relationships”.

The International Criminal Court Prosecutor's Office has claimed there are “reasonable grounds” to believe “war crimes” and “crimes against humanity” have been committed.“Prosecutor in The Hague, with what audacity do you dare compare the monsters of Hamas to the soldiers of the IDF, the most moral army in the world?!” Netanyahu said in a statement.
