The Western Bulldogs are in command at the MCG, outscoring a lacklustre Richmond 39-20 at the half-time break. Follow our live coverage

The Bulldogs are within a goal as Josh Schache took a pass from Marcus Bontempelli and kicked the goal. He’s done his job as best he can. Huge final term to come.Liam Baker has crumbled the ball and kicked an enormous goal to extend Richmond’s lead.

The Tigers had the ball at the top of the goal square and Baker ran onto the ball as it came to ground and kicked a goal.3QT: Richmond 7.10 to Western Bulldogs 6.10 The Tigers of old came out and fired in that term as Richmond dominated the ball and kept finding ways to send the ball forward to Tom Lynch and Jack Riewoldt who lifted their production and their marking.

The Bulldogs haven’t face this level of ball pressure this season, nor a team who can tactically dominate them like the Tigers did that term, they need to find a way to again win the ball and find teammates in places they can send the ball forward. If they can’t, their 6-0 start will be history. And Richmond will again be in the box seat to write another chapter in their dominant era.
