Months after NAB fired its chief of staff for undisclosed conflicts of interest, it is alleged her accomplice was still trying to defraud the bank.

Laucala Island Resort in Fiji, where rooms costs as much as $24,000 a night.

A spokesman for NAB confirmed it had commenced legal action to recover money allegedly defrauded from NAB. He said no customer money was impacted as a result of the alleged fraud. The new documents allege Ms Rosamond transferred a property in Mosman in April 2018 for a consideration of $6.5 million. The commissions allegedly came in a variety of forms, according to court documents. These included a 36-day first-class trip to Europe, including thousands of dollars in spending money for Ms Rosamond and her family.

Another email allegedly shows Ms Rosamond telling Mrs Rogers: "done- max is $5,000 AUD worth of Euros per day so I will do each day for the next 3 days." The documents show the September 2017 invoice was for the Human Group's work on "Project Eagle" – the bank's internal description for its project to hire Mr Baird.
