Legal Academic Professor David Flint says the ABC’s board has “absolutely no control” over the “fiefdoms within the ABC” which are out of control and have their own political agendas.

Legal academic Professor David Flint says the ABC’s board has “absolutely no control” over the “fiefdoms within the ABC” which are out of control and have their own political agendas. “The ABC is not independent, the board is there, but it exercises absolutely no control,” he told Sky News host Alan Jones.

“No board has been able to control the fiefdoms within the ABC, not all of the ABC, but there are political fiefdoms with their own agendas, and they embark on those agendas.” Professor Flint said a “serious reform” of the national broadcaster “has to be undertaken”. “I don’t go along with the idea that it should be sold off, because there are parts of the ABC that performs marvelously.”

Why do you speak with such a fake and plummy accent David?

Davey Flint is one creepy dude.

They control the funding

They should look to the LNP for a good example.

Paranoia comes to mind here !!

yes, a typical leftist den of power struggles

I’m sure his boyfriend Toilet Boy Jonesy would agree. All said is a high pitched hissy voice. Yawn

As opposed to the right wing propaganda and science denial from Sky News stooges? The good news is young people don’t watch Sky News.

Pfff name me a bigger fiefdom than Murdoch. He is so full of shit that even his own son leaves Newscorp due to the proliferation of false information.

Just remember anytime a commentator on Sky News says anything about 'reforming' the ABC - What they really mean is privatisation. Because they'd rather have the Australian people listening to the Liberal-Party-supported propagandist drivel that the Murdoch Empire Spouts 24/7.

Name names I would really like the say hello to a fiefdomer.

The out of control behaviour and political agendas needs to be addressed by the Primister today. A appraisal system and sacking needs to start. The ABC has lost the public confidenced and the people want something done about it

That’s big coming from Sky

Simply defund these left wing terrorists and tax payers will be happy for them to continue their racist broadcast
