A second wave of coronavirus stimulus payments worth $750 each will begin flowing to five million low-income Australians this week. Here's who will receive it.

“The second $750 economic support payment will inject $3.8 billion into the economy and provide an economic lifeline to millions of Australians at a time when they need it most,” Treasurer Josh Frydenberg said.

Treasurer Josh Frydenberg said the government was helping to keep businesses in business and Australians in jobs with $259 billion in economic support. Government Services Minister Stuart Robert said if eligible, people would see the $750 payment arrive in their bank account from July 15 until the end of the month.

Can your boss force you to take a COVID-19 test?A South Australian worker has hit out at her employer, claiming she is being “forced” to do something uncomfortable post-lockdown. This suck for those of us in a retail environment where we don’t have an option to work from home, but also don’t feel particularly safe being at work. Especially given that COVID has crossed into NSW now. There is literally no social distancing in our centre & it’s so unsafe. Probably a pointless requirement. All a test says is, at the time of the test you were either infected or not. If negative it will not tell you or anybody else that you became infected five minutes after taking the test. Generation victimhood. Some people search out reasons to feel oppressed.
