Auction clearances have dropped... Prices hardly. Or I must be looking at the prices and sales in Austria

The housing market is spiriling...

How long have we been kicking the can down the road for? About that low.

You can blame the dysfunctional, corrupt, LNPfail govt for this state of affairs going back to little Johnny Howard who was only 2happy to see house prices rise & his -ve gearing & the low interest rates got us to here! Market correction time = winners & losers; banksnotsomuch!

Some home owners just can’t handle it all. Ha!

Funny. You cant tell home owners from people who cant save a deposit. These people wishing for a market crash have no idea what that means for some people, even themselves.

That depends on wether Australia is dumb enough to vote in the Labor Party. auspol

Farmer bulldozes 3,500 cherry trees claiming high water prices made it impossible to keep goingA Victorian farmer says high water prices are to blame for the closure of his 'Big Cherry' farm. This, amongst other things could be the start of an Australian famine :-( Happy days I wonder how we will get produce? Oh that’s right HepC laced from China All that wasted rain in Townsville. We need to do more when it comes water storage. Farmers paying for water is ridiculous.

Tiny New York apartment goes viral thanks to crazy price tagIt’s so tiny the kitchen is actually in a cupboard — but this ridiculous studio apartment will still set you back over $27,000 a year. Not if no one takes it at offered price.Stop bending over for real estate wroughters (private or professional- there are lots in both areas). Let them lose money on their rip-offs til they lower the price. Problem is there's always someone desperate or idiotic enough to take it.
