19yo woman dies after alleged hit and run near Jurien Bay north of Perth

WA police are investigating an alleged fatal hit and run near Jurien Bay, north of Perth, early Sunday morning.

Police say about 5:40am a vehicle travelling north on Indian Ocean Drive hit a 19-year-old woman who was standing next to a van parked on the side of the road.Police allege the driver of the vehicle failed to stop and continued driving north.They are appealing for any witnesses to call Crime Stoppers.
