Here at Teen Vogue, we’ve tried many beauty products. When it comes to lips, Tower 28 is always at the tip of our tongues. The Tower 28 ShineOn Lip Jelly is one of our tried and true go-to lip glosses and has become a personal favorite for many of the editors as well. So, when we heard that Tower 28 was launching a new lip product, the LipSoftie Hydrating Tinted Lip Treatment Balm, we were tuned in.
