Sister Theo surprisingly reveals her ability to shapeshift in Dune: Prophecy episode 4"Twice Born" which indicates that she could be a"Face Dancer" based on Dune lore. Dune: Prophecy is a six-part series based on the 2012 novel Sisterhood of Dune, which was written by original Dune author Frank Herbert's son, Brian, and Kevin J. Anderson.

Now that she is revealed as a shapeshifter, it's a near certainty that Valya will be using Theo to further her agenda of restoring House Harkonnen's valor and reaffirming Sisterhood's standing across the Imperium.
Similar to the Bene Gesserit's ambitions to birth ideal rulers based on their genetic breeding index, the Bene Tleilax are also highly sophisticated genetic engineers. One of the subspecies that the Bene Tleilax spawned became known as Face Dancers, which is likely what Theo is. Interestingly, Theo had appeared to be the most poisoned an knowledgeable of her fellow Sisters, and now it's clear why.
