Tara McGrath ha servido como fiscal federal para el Distrito Sur de California durante poco más de siete meses y, dependiendo del resultado de la elección presidencial de este año, podría estar a mitad de su mandato.
Ahora su oficina está creando una capacitación para los fiscales federales adjuntos nuevos en la persecución de delitos ambientales y planea ofrecer esa capacitación a otros distritos del país. “Estamos pensando en cómo podemos proteger a la comunidad a través de procesamientos ambientales, a través de la justicia ambiental,” dijo, añadiendo que el DOJ apoya los esfuerzos.
