Officers responded to the 1600 block of Regal Row about 3:30 a.m. Upon arrival, police found two people who had been shot. Dallas police said one person died at the scene and the other was transported to the hospital. The surviving person’s condition was not known Thursday afternoon.The Dallas County medical examiner’s office said the victim’s identity is pending next of kin notification.Related:
